Our Building Process

Step One | Contract and Deposit
The first step towards building your home is formalised with the signing of the contract. A 5% deposit is also required, less any previous deposits already paid.

Step Two | Base
The build commences with setting up the temporary amenities, positioning your house onsite, excavating the land, installing underground services and pouring the concrete slab.

Step Three | Frame
We start constructing the house frame, walls, structural beams, floor joists (for double storey homes) and roof trusses.

Step Four | Lock-Up
We install all external windows, doors, brickwork and the roof so your home can be locked up and is waterproof.

Step Five | Fixing
Internally, your home starts to take shape. The wall lining (plaster), doors, architraves, skirting boards, kitchen and vanities are installed. For double storey homes, the staircase is built.

Step Six | Completion
The finishing touches are put in place to complete your home. From the cabinetry, bathroom products, tap wear, tiling, flooring, appliances, driveway and landscaping, we ensure your home is ready for you to move in.

One | Finding the right home for you
Pinnacle knows how important it is to find a house that feels like home, fits your needs, and makes your daily life easier. We take the time to get to know your lifestyle so we can get the right fit.

Two | Show us your site
We will meet with you on your block so we can walk the land that will be your future home. We gain a feel for your vision and use our expertise to ensure you have the right design layout that meets your style and needs. From here you may choose to sign up to a design and construct package, where we will work closely with you to design the perfect home. Alternatively, you may provide us with your own house plans already drawn by your chosen architect or draftsman.

Three | Estimate your build
After reviewing draft plans, we discuss your land and any upgrades you may want to include. We’ll provide a preliminary quote to give you an idea of the build cost.

Four | Selections and upgrades
An initial deposit will start your home journey as we work towards a New Home Contract. We guide you through a curated selection of interior design options that complement our designs. Choose from our range of colours and surfaces to create a distinct look that works for you. With years of experience, we have carefully chosen a flexible interior design pallette to help make your decisions easy.

Five | Your final quotation
Once you’ve finalised all your interior selections and upgrades to personalise your home, we provide your final quotation for your review prior to preparing your New Home Contract.

Six | Contract signing
We meet to review and sign the contract. A 10% deposit (minus initial deposits paid) is required to commence the build. We ensure you’re informed on what to expect during the build and discuss any queries you may have.

Seven | Permits and approvals
After all the planning and permits are approved, we let you know the specific start and completion dates of the build.
